Shane owned an appliance store until he discovered that network marketing could provide residual income and the time flexibility to actually enjoy his status as an independent business owner.
Before moving to ACN, he spent 10 years in the network marketing industry with another telecommunications company. He had always trusted network marketing and understood the success he could have, but he was looking for a company he could believe in.
When Shane found ACN, he knew he had discovered the ultimate opportunity. He saw in ACN a chance to be a part of an organization that mirrored his personal belief system – a company he would be proud to call his family.
“Personally, ACN gave me hope again about network marketing,” Shane said. “I liked having the real possibility of making a large residual income for a lifetime.”
Today, his success with ACN provides him an unbelievable lifestyle and the freedom to do whatever he wants whenever he wants. When it comes to spending time with his wife Dana and two children, Tyler and Karly, work is not an issue.
Shane has a short list of strategies that took him to the top: Have a never-quit attitude, keep it positive, develop people and develop yourself. He built a hugely successful ACN organization by finding people who wanted the same things out of life that he wanted.
“You don’t make it to SVP in this company without surrounding yourself with people better than you,” Shane said. “Now, I am pouring all my effort into changing others’ financial futures. We have always benefited when we helped someone else achieve their financial goals.”
